We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front of House team as a Gift Shop Supervisor.
We are looking for a friendly, engaging, and positive individual who enjoys interacting with people to join our team here at Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard.
The supervisor will be responsible for:
- The training, development, and motivation of the team, inspiring them to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
- The store presentation: including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising, also ensuring the shop retains the appropriate levels of stock.
- To lead the team to drive sales on the shop floor, optimizing sales, and customer service always.
The hours are variable, typically working up to three days a week including weekends and bank holidays. Additional hours may be required to cover holidays, sickness and attraction events.
