Join Our Team: Volunteer Researcher Opportunities at the National Motor Museum
Volunteer Grants Researcher
Volunteer Prospect Researcher
As part of our ongoing fundraising efforts, the National Motor Museum is excited to offer two new volunteer researcher positions. These vital roles will support our development team as we continue to rely on partnerships and donations—rather than government funding—to promote education, research, and conservation of motoring history for all to enjoy.
We’re looking for one volunteer to assist with researching Trusts and Foundations, helping us identify potential grant funding opportunities. The other volunteer will focus on identifying and researching individual prospects who could contribute major gifts to support the Museum’s work. As a Research Volunteer, you’ll play an essential part in researching and identifying potential grant funders or donors, from major philanthropists to companies, who are interested in supporting the Museum’s charity. You’ll work closely with our staff and fellow volunteers in a collaborative office environment, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at how the Museum operates.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved one day a week, offering a rewarding and meaningful experience. If you’re passionate about motoring history and enjoy research, we’d love to hear from you.
